These terms govern the use of runandbrunch.org, the Telegram bot, and the "Agora" Mini App (the "Service"), operated by Matevosyan Gor IE ("we", "Run & Brunch").
Some features require an email address and/or Telegram sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information. Participating in runs is at your own personal responsibility for your health — assess your own fitness or consult a doctor before joining physical activity.
Points earned for participation, referrals, and other activities are not a monetary equivalent and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change point rules and partner discount terms/availability without prior notice, but we will try to announce significant changes through the bot in advance.
Merch payments are processed through the secure Ameriabank (vPOS) payment gateway. We do not store your card details — the payment provider does. See the separate "Return Policy" page for return terms.
The Service is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep the bot and Mini App running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for injuries sustained during runs or other offline community activities — participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Significant changes will be announced through the bot.
