We, Matevosyan Gor IE ("we", "Run & Brunch"), respect your privacy. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What data we collect

• Name and/or username from Telegram
• Email address
• Telegram ID
• Event participation history (registrations, check-ins)
• Participation data: points, referrals, volunteer activity
• For merch purchases — order details such as size and delivery address where applicable; card data is processed by the Ameriabank payment provider and is never passed to us

Why we need this data

• Tracking event participation and awarding points
• Running the referral program
• Communicating with you: registration confirmations, event reminders, notifications about point/status changes
• Processing merch orders and partner discounts
• Internal analytics to improve the product (aggregated, not intended to identify individuals in reports)

Where we store data

Data is stored in Google Sheets (Google Workspace) with access limited to community organizers. We do not use a dedicated SQL database.

Who we don't share data with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Card data at checkout is seen only by the payment provider (Ameriabank) — we never receive or store it. We do not share your personal data with community partners (cafés, shops, etc.) — discounts are granted by showing your member status in the Mini App, without disclosing your email or other personal information to the partner.

How to delete your data

You can request deletion of your data by emailing support@runandbrunch.org with the email or Telegram username you registered with. We'll delete the data within a reasonable time, except where retention is legally required (e.g. payment records).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
